WE SINCERELY APOLOGIZE ALEXANDER WAS NOT ABLE TO MAKE HIS INTERVIEW – we are exploring options to bring him back. Instead we give you equally brilliant Kelsey Ruger.
Storytelling is an inherently innovative activity. When organizations find their best stories and tell them to the world, they’re not only building a reputation, they’re flexing the same muscles that allow them to pivot quickly around crisis or opportunity, and solve problems more creatively.
For individuals, crafting stories is the primary way we can make sense of the world and our place in it.(taken from the Strategic Storyteller)
This is why we went out and found Alexander Jutkowitze to share his bodies of work The Strategic Storyteller and help you transform your storytelling in business.

Future of Workforce
Leading Tomorrow’s Workforce
Who will Lead in the Age of AI & Automation
The leader of tomorrow’s workforce will look and act very differently from today’s archetype. While certain characteristics hold true to effectively lead (as pointed out in last month’s episode), the skills and approach to leading tomorrow’s workforce will come from a new mindset for how work gets done in the age of AI and Automation.
Tomorrow’s leaders will approach their teams and business more holistically. They will have deeper empathy to understand their customers and teams better. They will embrace emerging technologies. Strategic planning efforts will be an ongoing activity, continually being revised in a climate where existing products and services are disrupted overnight. Many core business functions like Human Resources, for instance, will be replaced by automation and will demand that HR leaders become more strategic than their administrative roles today.
- By 2030, 90% of jobs as we know them today will be replaced by smart machines (Gartner Research).
- Tomorrow’s leader will need as much understanding of technology as they have of business strategy. They will have diverse and creative backgrounds, will be comfortable with uncertainty, and embrace the notion that work is something you plug into and is no longer designated by a specific time or place.
- Tomorrow’s leader will consider automation as important of a “role” as the person working right next to it.
Join me on Breakthrough Radio as I wrap up my three part series on Leading Tomorrow’s Workforce.
I’ll share the traits of tomorrow’s leader and compare and contrast the different ways of integrating automation into the workforce.
Every 3rd Monday your guest host, Yared Akalou, founder of Alcove (getalcove.com), a mobile workstation that is redefining how people work in open spaces delivers a breakthrough byte segment on the Future of Workforce.
